Nestlé's Return of Goods Policy is as follows:
- Buyer has the right to inspect all Products upon receipt and to reject for return or credit Products that are defective, damaged, short-shipped, or contaminated.
- Certain Products are not eligible for return or credit: Sell-off Products or Products sold on a no-return basis; Promotional sales Products; Partial or open cases; Products that are damaged or in unsaleable condition through no fault of Nestlé; Products that have expired; Products that were not purchased directly from Nestlé.
- Nestlé will provide 100% credit for all claims for shortage and/or damage or returns for any other reason; provided, however, the Products are not excluded in Paragraph 2 above, and provided that Buyer satisfies all of the following criteria.
- Nestlé will provide 80% credit for all damaged and/or short-dated returns after three (3) business days.
If not satisfied with a product purchased from the Nestlé Nutrition Store, it may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price. Items should be returned in their original packaging. Products cannot be returned unless they are new, unopened, unused and in the original factory-sealed packaging.
